Pumpkin Quesadilla

Now that fall has officially arrived, these Peanut Butter Pumpkin Quesadillas will really warm up any chilly, crisp day. Enjoy with your favorite pumpkin brew!

Ingredients
1
6 in. whole wheat tortilla
1
tbsp peanut butter
1/3
cup canned pumpkin
1
tsp pumpkin pie spice
1
tbsp honey
Directions
1.
Mix canned pumpkin and peanut butter together in a small bowl.
2.
Spread the pumpkin mixture on the tortilla and drizzle honey on top. Fold the tortilla in half.
3.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
4.
Place folded quesadilla's in the heated pan and cook the quesadilla until crispy (about 3-5 minutes on each side).
5.
Remove from skillet, and cut quesadilla into quarters on a flat surface and enjoy.
