Ground Turkey and Veggie Skillet

Ingredients

oz lean ground turkey ( 93% fat free ground turkey)

tbsp olive oil

can diced tomatoes and green chilies

onion, peeled and chopped
1 1/2
green pepper, chopped
2
medium zucchini, cubed
2
(3 tsp) garlic powder
2
basil
2
oregano
1
2-1 tsp salt
1/2
tsp pepper
Directions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add in onion and green pepper, until soft.

Add turkey and brown.
3.
Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.Add zucchini and cook for 5-10 minutes more. Serve while hot.
4.
Can put on top of leafy greens, brown rice, or whole wheat spaghetti.
