Ingredients

lb of bacalao
6
plum tomatoes
6
eggs
1
onion
1/2
cup of olive oil
2
garlic cloves
1
packet of sazon accent
2
bundles of chives
Directions
1.
Wash and boil bacalao for 15 minutes
2.
Drain and rinse in cold water a couple times until all salt comes out
3.
Boil tomatoes for 10 minutes and drain
4.
Mince onions and garlic and sautee
5.
Add bacalao and sazon accent, mixing very well
6.
Add chives in very small pieces and add the tomatoes until it becomes dry
7.
Add the eggs and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
