Ingredients

lb of Lentils
1
twig of cilantro
2
spoons of olive oil
2
cloves of garlic
pinch of salt and pepper
1
red pepper
1/2
onion
1/2
cube chicken flavor bouillon
vinegar
cilantro
Directions
1.
Rinse and boil lentils for 20 minutes
2.
Sautee the onion, red pepper, garlic and bouillon in olive oil
3.
When lentils are done, add the sofrito to lentils with the salt, pepper, vinegar and cilantro
4.
Cook for 5 more minutes
