Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

cabbage
1
onion
3
tsps of olive oil
2
tsps of vinegar
2
tsps of mayo
pinch of salt
pinch of oregano
Directions
1.
Slice cabbage very very thin
2.
Put cabbage in hot, salty water for minimum 2 hours or until ready to serve
3.
Cut onion into very small pieces
4.
Mix vinegar, mayo, salt, oregano and onion
5.
Pour mixture over drained cabbage and serve
