Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
2
cups milk
1/2
cup Bisquick
1/4
cup melted butter
3/4
cup sugar
4
eggs
1 1/2
tsp vanilla extract
1
cup flaked coconut
Directions
1.
Grease a 9’ glass pie pan
2.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3.
Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 3 minutes
4.
Pour contents into pie pan and sprinkle top with a little coconut
5.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes until top is golden and begins to crack
6.
Cool on wire rack (note: pie will fall while cooling)
7.
Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate
