Mother-in-laws specialty!

Ingredients
1
large piece of salmon filet
1
box of linguini cooked per instructions
1
cup lite mayo (you can try half mayo, half plain yogurt)
1
(or more, to taste) lemon juiced
1
small bunch chopped dill
lots of fresh chopped garlic (maybe 8 cloves)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
preheat over to 350
2.
mix together mayo, lemon, dill, garlic, salt and pepper and set aside
3.
after cooking linguini, mix with half the mayo mush and layer on bottom of pyrex or foil pan
4.
lay salmon slab on top of linguini and layer other half of mayo mush on to salmon
5.
bake uncovered for about 8 minutes (dont overcook. check to make sure inside of salmon has just turned)
