Chinese Salad

Ingredients
1/4
cup soy sauce
1
cup canola oil
1
tbsp peanut butter
1/2
tsp dry mustard
1
clove garlic
1/2
cup sugar
black pepper
1/2
cup rice vinegar (nakano original)
1
tsp sesame oil
mix all in large glass jar (i use braun electric whisk and mix
and store in old mayonnaise jar
2
heads of red lettuce (good for about 14 people)
1-2
grated carrots (can use preshredded )
1-2
stalks celery thinly sliced
3
chopped scallions
1
red and 1 yellow pepper cut into thin slices, then halved
1/2
snow peas cut in
slivered almonds
sesame seeds
chinese noodles (about 1/2 can)
Directions
1.
Mix all together, put dressing on right before serving, may not need to use entire jar of dressing.
