Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
16
oz mayonnaise (you can substitute plain yogurt for less calories)
4
oz chopped green chiles
2-3
oz grated parmesan cheese
2
cans (14 oz) artichoke hearts
Directions
1.
Drain artichoke hearts and save the water. In small batches, place mayo, artichokes and chiles in a food processor. Pulse to desired consistency. If mixture is too thick, thin with a little of the artichoke water.
2.
Place in an 8X8 well greased pan. Covered with tinfoil and bake until the center is hot.
3.
Serve with celery, carrots or chips.
