Cream Puffs

Serves 10people
Ingredients
1
cup water
1
pinch of salt
1
stick of margarine or butter
1
cup flour
4
eggs
1
tsp vanilla
cream filling for cream puffs
1/2
pt of heavy cream
3/4
cup of regular milk or evaporated milk
1
box of instant vanilla pudding
Directions
1.
Put 1 cup water, 1 pinch of salt and 1 stick of butter in a pan and cook until butter melts and mixture boils
2.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of flour mixing until it forms a ball
3.
Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla
4.
Cool 2-3 minutes

Add 4 eggs - 1 at a time, mixing each one well - mixture may be sticky
6.
Grease a cookie sheet and drip from a teaspoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
7.
Then lower oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
8.
Let cool and fill
9.
For filling - mix the above all together until it becomes thick. Take cooled cream puffs and cut almost in half - fill with cream.
