Authentic Swiss Cheese Fondue

A genuine Swiss Cheese fondue! It is super delicious!

Ingredients
250
gr vacherin fribourgeois cheese
250
gr old gruyère cheese
2
cloves of garlic
150
ml dry white wine
1
large baguette
Freshly crushed black pepper
Cheese caquelon (pan)
Directions
1.
Cut the baguette in small pieces (5cmx5cm / 2"x2").
2.
Crush the garlic and swipe the cloves throught the caquelon.
3.
Cut the cheese in small 1 inch cubes and add to the caquelon. Put the caquelon on the stove on medium high and slowly start adding the wine while stirring with a wooden spoon. Keep stirring.
4.
Once all the wine is added, add pepper to your liking. Once it is thick enough to hold on to the spoon, the transfer the caquelon to the heater to keep the cheese warm.
5.
Swipe the baguette pieces through the cheese and enjoy!
