Raw Mango Sherbet

My mother used to make it in hot summer. In India people like it for its cooling effect. This beverage is very famous in India.

Ingredients
4
raw mangoes( small)
1
tsp black salt
tsp roasted cummin (grounded)1
few fresh mint leaves
sugar (2 tbs)
salt to taste
ice cubes
Directions
1.
Pressure cook the mangoes. Cool it and remove the pulp.
2.
Add water, sugar, salt, roasted jeera, black salt, mint leaves and mix it properly.
3.
Add some ice cubes and serve chilled.
