Desi 7 Layer Dip To Be Served With Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

can Old El Paso Refried Beans
1
package Guacamole (ready made kind that's in the refrigerated or freezer section)
3/4
cup Mayonnaise (don't tell the Baa's)
8
ozs Sour Cream
1
(8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese (shred yourself - tastes better)
1
bunch green onions - chopped
1
tomato - chopped
Directions

(this is the first part that makes is Desi) Vagaar the beans. Put a little bit of tel in a pot. Heat, add giru wait till it smells like giru add the beans then, add dhana-giru, hardal, lal-marchu, sugar and lemon and cook for a bit.

Spread beans in a thin layer in the bottom of a rectangular glass baking pan or serving platter. Let cool.

Mix the sour cream and mayo together first and then layer on top of the beans.
4.
Mix guacamole and some crushed lilu marchu together depending on how spicy you want it (this is the second part that makes it Desi) and layer on top of the sour cream mixture.
5.
Layer cheese to cover entire guacamole layer (sometimes you need a bit more cheese depending on how big your platter is).
6.
Sprinkle green onions.
7.
Sprinkle tomatos.
8.
Chill overnight or at least 3-4 hours and serve with tortilla chips.
