Guacamole

Ingredients

avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed

lime, juiced
1
tsp salt
1/2
cup diced onion
3
tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2
roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1
jalapeno, finely chopped
Directions
1.
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
2.
Mix in onion, cilantro, and tomatoes.
3.
Stir in jalapeno to taste.
4.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
