Rocky Roads

Ingredients
1-2
tbsp butter -
semi-sweet chocolate chips - (1) 12 oz bag
1
can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk -
dry roasted salted peanuts - (1) 14 oz jar
mini marshmallows - (1) 10oz bag
Directions
1.
In a large pot, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter - enough to coat the bottom of the pot
2.
Add 1 bag of chocolate chips, stirring regularly
3.
When the chocolate is nearly melted, add 1 can of sweetenend condensed milk - mix until smooth
4.
Take pot off of heat
5.
Add 1 jar of peanuts, and 1 bag of mini marshmallows
6.
Mix until peanuts and marshmallows are coated with chocolate mixture
7.
Put into pan (9 x 13) and refrigerate
8.
They are best enjoyed after refrigeration for 1-2 hours
