Slim Down Smoothie

A delicious smoothie to drink a couple times of day.

Ingredients
1
cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries)
1/2
cup low-fat yogurt
1/2
cup orange juice or any other juice
Directions
1.
Blend juice and berries for one minute. Transfer to glass and stir in tablespoon of flax seed oil or serve with a tablespoon of sunflower or pumpkin seeds instead.
