Proscuitto Parm Puffs

Bite size are best for these babies. Parmesan and Proscuitto a perfect mix Easy and will go quick I promise Crowd pleaser First time made 2018

Ingredients

cup water
1/2
cup butter
1
cup flour
4
large eggs
1/2
tsp kosher salt
1/2
cup procsuitto minced
1
tsp chopped rosemary (fresh or frozen NOT dried)
1/2
cup grated parmigiano
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2.
In sauce pan combine water and butter ---Cook and Simmer
3.
Add flour until absorbed and forms a dough... Cook for a quick minute until pulls from bottom of pan
4.
Transfer dough to stand mixer (let it relax and cool for a few minutes so eggs do not cook)
5.
Add one egg at a time and blind
6.
Dough should go from shiny to slippery
7.
Fold in Proscuitto, cheese and Rosemary
8.
Use Piping Bag and Jelly Roll pan lined with parchment paper
9.
Should be 1 1/2 inches --- can make bigger but know they will puff and be hollow
10.
Bake 425 10 minutes
11.
Bake 350 10-15 minutes
12.
Watch for coloring and you will smell them when they are done (trust me)
