911 Vegan Gravy

Alexa's go to thanksgiving gravy, of course it's vegan.

Ingredients
2 1/4
cups Vegetable broth or a combination of broth and non-dairy milk
1
cup Soy Sauce
1
generous grating black pepper
1/4
cup Brown Rice Flour
1
tsp Seasoning
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan-cook, stirring over medium-high heal until gravy boils and thickens.
2.
Check seasonings and add as needed
3.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for about 5 minutes.
4.
If it's too thick add additional broth or non daily milk to thin.
