Ingredients
For meatballs
2
tbsp olive oil
1
onion, diced
1
lb ground beef
1
lb groud pork
1/2
cup panko
2
egg yolks
1/4
tsp allspice
1/4
tsp nutmeg

For sauce
1/4
cup unsalted butter
1/3
cup flour
4
cups beef broth
3/4

Directions
1.
Heat 1 T oil in large skiller on medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until translucent; set aside.
2.
In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, panko, yolks, allspice, nutmeg, and onion. Using a wooden spoon, stir until well combined. Roll mixture into 1 ¼ - 1 ½ inch meatballs, forming approximately 24.

Add 1 T oil to skillet. Add meatballs in batches and cook until all sides are browned, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels.
