Grape, Tomato, And Avocado Salad

Mom's recipe. Delicious as always.

Ingredients

lb red grapes, halved
1
liter grape tomatoes, halved
1
yellow bell pepper, diced
1
small shallot, very thinly sliced
1
avocado, diced
fresh basil leaves (about 15) cut in slivers
dressing
2
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2
tbsp Red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Combine grapes, tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado and shallot. Combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss with dressing and fresh basil.
