Mexican Egg Casserole A La Suzanne Bassett

corn or flour tortillas

cup oil

cans (5 oz) green chilies, drained real good
1
lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1
lb cheddar, grated
6
whole beaten eggs
1/4
cup flour
2
cups milk
ham or chicken
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat tortillas with oil on both sides. Grease casserole dish and line with tortillas. Add chilis, ham or chicken, and cheese, alternating both kinds. Beat eggs with flour and milk and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn up to 350 for fifteen minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
