cups ground beef

cups raw sliced potatoes

cups chopped celery

cup diced onions

cup diced green peppers

tsp salt

tsp pepper

cups canned tomatoes
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in bottom of greased casserole dish. Add celery, then ground beef, onions, and peppers. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each layer. Pour tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 for two hours.
