Broccoli Slaw Salad

Double the recipe for a big crowd. If you don't want to take the time to toast the almonds it still tastes good. ~ Shelly Baumann

Ingredients

package Broccoli slaw

bunch Green onions – all
1
cup Sunflower seeds
1
cup Toasted, slivered almonds- put in oven on cookie sheet at 300 for about 15 min. watch carefully so they don't burn (it's easy to burn them)
2
packages Chicken ramen noodles
1
Red pepper diced
1
package Broccoli florets
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
2
Seasoning packs from ramen noodles
1
cup Vegetable oil
1/3
cup Cider vinegar
1/4
cup Sugar
Directions
1.
Mix vegetables together
2.
Make dressing about 15 minutes before serving
3.
Add almonds, sunflower seeds and crumbled noodles to veggies
4.
Toss with dressing right before serving
