Ipa Pizza

Summer 2018 we started Pizza Friday with Uncle Todd, Aunt Kim, Dylan and Tyler We would have so much fun, can jam (with competitive Dylan), back porch pizza cooking, outside music This is a tradition we will continue outside of ski season or maybe we can extend it to Southwind. This is Logan's favorite pizza dough, he likes the beer in it, but it has to be Dogfish 90 minute This dough does NOT freeze, I tried and failed My hope is that you will continue this pizza Friday ZA NITE

Serves 4people
Ingredients
4
cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 1/2
tsp Active dry yeast
1
tsp baking powder
1 1/2
tsp salt
2
tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2
cups room temp IPA
Directions
1.
Place in bowl MIX
2.
Dough hook and knead for 7 minutes
3.
Form dough into ball
4.
Cover and Let Rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
5.
Preheat 450
6.
Divide dough and punch down
7.
Divide in halt
8.
Bake crust plain for 5 minutes
9.
Add Toppings bake for 10 minutes
10.
Then add cheese 2 minutes
11.
Let rest 10 minutes
