Ingredients

lb Flour (Pillsbury)
1
lb Lard
1
cup sugar
5
cups water
1
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Boil 3 cups water
2.
Dissolve lard and sugar in it
3.
Add remaining 2 cups water to cool
4.
Mix with flour
5.
Handle as little as possible
6.
Add water if necessary
7.
Dough must be soft
8.
Roll out in pan and refrig for at least 1 day
9.
Yield 6 crust
10.
Bake 425 20 minutes
