Red Velvet Cake

cup butter

eggs

heaping tsps cocoa
2 1/4
cups flour
1/2
tsp salt
1
tbsp white vinegar
1
tsp baking soda
1 1/2
cups sugar
1
cup buttermilk
1
tsp vanilla
2
oz red food coloring
Directions
1.
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs. Make a past of cocoa and food coloring and add to butter and sugar mixture. Sift together flour and salt and add alternately w/ buttermilk to mixture. Add vanilla. Add soda to vinegar over bowl and blend in.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins.
