Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

cup smooth peanut butter
1/2
cup honey
1/4
cup toasted wheat germ
1
cup crisped rice cereal
toppings (optional: coconut, melted chocolate, crushed graham crackers)
Directions
1.
Cover baking sheet in wax paper
2.
In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, wheat germ, and rice cereal until well blended
3.
Roll the mixture into balls (about 1 inch) If the dough is too sticky add some more cereal
4.
Add toppings if desired
5.
Place balls on wax paper and chill them for about 2 hours.
