Corn Casserole

Ingredients

cups of corn
1
cup melted butter
1/2
cup corn oil
1
cup corn meal
2
cups sour cream or place yogurt
2
tsp salt
4
eggs
1/2
tsp hot sauce
2
cups Monterey Jack cheese, diced
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 9x13 casserole pan
2.
Take 2 cups of the corn in the processor with butter, cornmeal, sour cream, salt, eggs, and hot sauce until just about smooth
3.
Fold in remaining corn and diced cheese
4.
Bake for 45 minutes
