Baked Clams

Mom makes these every holiday!

Ingredients

little neck clams, opened, juice reserved, shells scrubbed
3
cups toasted diced white bread
1
cup bread crumb mixture
2
cloves garlic
1/4
cup parsley
olive oil
paprika
Directions
1.
Place clam juice in a container and allow it to settle
2.
Place garlic and parsley in a food processor and chop well
3.
Add clams and chop slightly
4.
place bread and bread crumbs in a bowls. Add olive oil to coat
5.
Place mixture into clam shells generously
6.
Ladle juice onto each prepared shell, not stirring up bottom of juice
7.
Bake
