cups sliced chicken

+ cups celery
1 1/2
cups onion/scallion

cups broth
3/4
cup sliced mushrooms
1
lb bean sprouts
3
tbsp soy sauce
2
tbsp cornstarch
2
cups dry rice
Directions
1.
Make rice
2.
Stir fry celery and onion
3.
Add mushrooms, stir fry, and remove
4.
Stir fry chicken
5.
Add veggies, broth, then bean sprouts
6.
Cover and simmer
7.
Add cornstarch to thicken
8.
Serve with rice and noodles
