Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
8
whole chicken breasts
2
cups flour
1
tsp marjoram
4
sliced mushrooms
1
cup chopped scallions
1
cup chicken broth
1
cup Marsala
butter and olive oil for pan
Directions
1.
Pound breasts between plastic wrap til uniform size
2.
mix dry ingredients on waxed paper
3.
Coat chicken, shake off excess
4.
In skillet, add butter and oil
5.
Saute mushrooms and scallions, remove
6.
Brown chicken and lightly on both sides, remove
7.
Mix marsala and broth, add to pan, reduce slightly. Thicken if necessary
8.
Add back to pan chicken, mushrooms, and scallions to warm and coat
