stir fry

dried red chilis

cloves minced garlic

tbsp minced ginger

sliced scallions

tsp crushed red peppers

head broccoli

cups dry rice
Directions
1.
Make rice

Marinate then stir fry chicken
3.
Stir fry with other ingredients- remove
4.
Deglaze with rice wine add sauce ingredients and reduce
5.
Thicken with cornstarch
6.
Add chicken and broccoli and finish
