Birthday Cake Blondie Bombs

Cake or frosting? There is no need to pick a with these treats! A delicious peice of cake coated in a blondie and topped with white chocolate and sprinkles. Go ahead! You know you want to.

Ingredients

sticks butter, melted

cups brown sugar
2
eggs

tbsp vanilla
2
cups flour
1
tsp baking soda
1
tsp salt

cake balls (homeade or store bought)
1
pkg white candy melts/candiquik
rainbow sprinkles
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Combine melted butter and brown sugar and mix together. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour and baking soda until a doughid formed.
3.
Spread this dough into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Allow it to cool when done.
4.
Cut the blondies into one inch squares and flatten them in your hand. Wrap the blondie around one of your cake balls until it is covered. Place the balls into a foil lines baking sheet. Repeat until everything is covered.
5.
Place the baking sheet into the freezer to harden for 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate according to the package. Dip the bombs, once hardened, into the white chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Make sure they are covered completely. Immediately top with sprinkles. Eat up!
