Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownie Bombs

My favorite desserts in one bite. Yummy! I can't help myself sometimes, but these little brownie bombs are the cutest things ever invented!

Ingredients

small cheesecake, baked and cooled
1
box red velvet cake mix
2
eggs
1/2
cup oil
1
pkg white candy melts/candiquik
sprinkles
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13x9 pan woith cooking spray.
2.
Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake for 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool once baked.
3.
While the cake is cooling, scoop out chunks of cheesecake into Tablespoon sized balls. Place them on a foil lined baking sheet and freeze for two hours until firm.
4.
Cut the cake bars into one inch squares and flatten them in your palm. Wrap one peice around one cheesecake ball to cover it. Repeat until you run out of cake bars.
5.
Freeze the bombs for about 15 minutes to harden, and melt your chocolate while you are waiting.
6.
Dip the bombs into the white chocolate and immediately top with sprinkles. Tah-dah!
