Horseradish Meatballs

Ingredients

large free-range eggs
1/2
cup ground oats
1/4
cup chopped green onion
1
tbsp prepared horseradish
1/2
tsp sea salt
1/4
tsp black pepper
1
& ½ lbs. lean ground beef
1/2
lb ground pork or ground turkey
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
In a bowl add together eggs, green onion, horseradish, sea salt and pepper and mix.
3.
Add in the beef and ground pork or turkey and mix lightly but thoroughly.
4.
Form into 1&½ inch balls giving you approximately 3 dozen, place onto greased rack on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
