Ingredients

lb ground beef

/4cup oatmeal
1
egg
1/2
cup milk
1
tsp salt
1/8
tsp pepper
1
tsp tarragon
1/3
cup flour
1
tbsp shortning
1
envelope dry onion soup mix
2 1/4
cups water
parmesan cheese
pinch garlic powder
pinch onion powder
Directions
1.
Mix, oats, egg, milk, seasonings.
2.
blend and shape into 18 medium balls, roll lightly in flour.
3.
melt shortning, brown meatballs over medium heat
4.
disolve onion soup in 2 cups of water, add to meatballs
5.
cover and cook for 20-25 minutes over med-lo heat.
6.
mix leftover flour with1/4 cup of water to a smooth paste; add to soup mix and meatballs
7.
bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute
8.
