Blintzes & Egg Souffle

Delicious - Great for breakfast company or break fast on Yom Kippur

lb margarine
12
cheese or fruit blintzes
4
eggs
3/2
cups of sour cream
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325
2.
Melt 1/4lb of margarine in a large 9x13 pyrex pan
3.
Lay 12 frozen blintzes into pan
4.
Beat 4 eggs and 1.5 cups of sour cream together with electric mixer and pour over blintzes
5.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour
