Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1/2
cup olive oil
1/4
cup honey
1/4
cup Dijon mustard
4
garlic cloves, minced
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp pepper
3
tbsp fresh chopped dill for garnish
Directions
1.
Whisk first 6 ingredients together in bowl.
2.
Pour into baggie or covered casserole dish, add fish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3.
Preheat oven to 400.
4.
Lightly oil rimmed baking sheet with Olive Oil and transfer salmon skin side down to prepared baking sheet.
5.
Reserve 1/3 c. of marinade for glaze.
6.
Sprinkle salmon with dill .
7.
Bake for 8 minutes then brush with reserved glaze.
8.
Continue baking until just opaque in center about 8 more minutes.
