can (12 oz) tomato sauce.

cans mild or spicy chili beans.

large onion chopped and sauteed.

medium bunch chopped fresh cilantro.
Directions

Get a rotisserie chicken from the deli and remove all the chicken from the bones, or bake chicken tenders with salt, pepper & garlic powder at 375 for 30 minutes. Cool and dice into bite-size pieces.

Chop onions and sauté until tender.

In a soup kettle add tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato sauce, corn, beans, taco seasoning and onions.

Cook and simmer on medium heat to warm everything up.

Then add chicken and cilantro and simmer on low for a little while, approximately 30 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
