Directions

Oven: 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.

Shape mixture into a loaf in 9 x 12 glass dish, or make it into 2 loaves for quicker cooking.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour; check for doneness. If you make 2 smaller loaves, check doneness with a kitchen thermometer after 40-45 minutes (160 degrees).
