Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

clove garlic
1 1/2
cups wine
1
lb cheese
3
tbsp cornstarch
2
tbsp kirsch
salt
pepper
paprika
2
loaves french bread
baking dish
Directions
1.
Rub sides and bottom of dish with garlic. Pour in wine and set over low heat to the point of air bubbles but don't let it bowl. Add cheese bit by bit. Combine water and kirsch with cornstarch to form a paste and whisk into cheese mixture. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Serve with sliced french bread.
