Baked Grits

Ingredients

cup grits

tsp salt
4
cups water
4
eggs
1 1/2
cups grated sharp cheese
1
cup milk
1
tsp worcestershire
1
stick butter
Directions
1.
Add grits to boiling salted water and cook 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly and add eggs, cheese, worcestershire, milk, and butter. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased baking dish. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Before baking sprinkle more grated cheese on top.
