Debbie Macauley's Blueberry Cobbler

Debbie brought this to our 4th of July parade & I think it's from Cooking Light. We make 1-2 of them for the parade every year since! Also make at the beach after the ever popular blueberry picking!

cup blueberries (6 pints)

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp flour

tbsp lemon juice (1 large lemon)

cups flour
1
cup brown sugar
1
cup Instant Quaker Oatmeal
1 1/2
tsp cinnamon

tbsp cold butter
Directions
1.
Lightly butter bottom of 9x13 Pyrex pan.
2.
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon in Pyrex pan.
3.
Combine all other and cut in butter with hands. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture.
4.
Place Pyrex on baking tray to catch drips and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
5.
Cool slightly and serve warm with French Vanilla ice cream.
6.
Store covered in fridge and microwave to warm.
