Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1/4-1/2
loaf of bread
2
cups cold milk
2/3
stick butter
1
additional cup of milk
3
egg yolks
1/2
cup of sugar
nutmeg
vanilla
Directions
1.
Mash bread with milk, and let it soak while preparing other ingredients. Melt butter with additional cup of milk, and bring to boiling point. Beat together egg yolks, nutmeg, and vanilla. Add milk and butter mixture to egg mixture and add sugar. Add to bread and mash. Pour into greased pan set in water and bake at 350 until done, around 45 minutes.
