Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

cups cooked chicken (or more)

cups chopped celery

cup cooked rice

cup mayo

mashed hardboiled eggs

tsp chopped onion

tsp lemon juice
1
can sliced water chestnuts

can creamed chicken soup
1/4
lb butter
1
cup crushed corn flakes
or
1
pkg sliced almonds
Directions
1.
Mix together all but butter, corn flakes, and almonds in large oblong casserole dish. Can be frozen or kept in fridge for a few days before baking. Top with melted butter, crushed corn flakes or almonds. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
