Frankfurter Scallop

Ingredients

medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1
medium onion
8
franks cut in one inch chunks
1 1/2
cups skim milk
4
tsps flour
1
tsp salt
dash paprika
1
tbsp prepared mustard
Directions
1.
In a 9 inch non stick baking pan, layer half the potatoes, then onion and franks, finishing with remaining potatoes. Combine other ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
2.
Note: To defat franks, drop in pan of boiling water. Remove pan from heat, let stand ten minutes and then drain before use.
