large green pepper, slivered

cups uncooked rice

can (12 oz) tomatoes, plain or stewed

can corn

can chicken broth
1
can water

tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper
Directions
1.
In large skillet, cook onions and peppers to limp. Cook meat until no longer red. Add rice, stir till coated. Add tomatoes, corn, broth, and water. Add seasonings and cook covered until rice is tender.
