Pasta Salad

I made this pasta salad for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. It was gone before you know it. I made it 6 times the amount to serve 100 people!

Ingredients
1
(16 oz) box or bag of your favorite pasta (I like the multicolored spiral).
1/2
red onion diced (or 1 small red onion diced)
1
can jumbo or large ripe olives (I cut in half or thirds)
1/2
red pepper cut in thin strips, maybe ½ to 1-inch long.
1/2
yellow pepper cut in thin strips, maybe ½ to 1-inch long.
1
small bunch of broccoli heads cut in small pieces (I buy just a small bunch of crowns and cut into little floweret pieces.)
1
small bunch of cauliflower cut in small floweret pieces.
Colby-Jack cheese (the marbly stuff) cut in cubes (about 1/2 of an 8-oz package of cheese).
1/2
lb Genoa salami cut in cubes (I asked for about maybe a 1-inch slice at the deli).

bottle Italian dressing. Choose your favorite flavor – Olive Garden Italian is good too. Use about 3/4 of the bottle or maybe all of it if it looks too dry.

package Grape tomatoes.
Directions
1.
Cook pasta per directions on box; drain and cool.
2.
Mix cut up ingredients together with pasta.
3.
Add the Italian dressing and mix well.
4.
Cool in refrigerator a few hours, or overnight. You can add more of the dressing if it seems dry.
