Ingredients

tbsp butter

cup mushrooms

can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1
cup sour cream
1/4
cup parmesan cheese
1/2
tsp dry mustard
2
tbsp sherry or white wine, add more if desired, up to 1/2 cup
1
tbsp chopped chives and parsley
2
pkgs frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
5
pkgs crabmeat
2-3
lb cooked shrimp
Directions
1.
Sautee mushrooms, add soup, sour cream, chives, parsley, mustard, and wine. Cook on low heat until smooth. Add spinach, then stir in crab and shrimp. Can use filet of sole or turn into vegetarian dish using peas, etc. Bake in shallow pan or casserole dish at 325 for 45 minutes, or heat slowly over burner.
