White Frosting

Ingredients

tbsp flour
1
cup granulated sugar
1
cup butter
1
cup milk
1
tsp vanilla
Directions
1.
Cook flour and milk until thick and heavy. Let cool. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour and milk mixture and beat well. Finished product should have roughly the texture of whipped cream. Once frosted, cake should be kept cool or refrigerated, or frosting will weep.
